I’m Dr. Sheila Evetts, a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of NHS experience, specialising in the mental health and wellbeing of older adults. Ageing brings unique challenges—whether it’s depression, anxiety, memory loss, bereavement, or adjusting to life changes—and I’m here to provide compassionate, evidence-based psychological support tailored to your needs.

My experience includes leading Older People’s Mental Health services, working with individuals facing dementia, trauma, carer stress, and complex mental health conditions. I offer CBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, Systemic Therapy, ACT, and Mindfulness-based approaches to help you build resilience, improve relationships, and regain a sense of control.
